Although our services are usually confidential, if you tell us anything which leads us to believe that a young person or vulnerable adult may be in danger, and you give us details about who this person is, we will have to pass that information on.

You will receive an automatic reply acknowledging your text, then our volunteers aim to respond within 15 minutes during opening times.
If our service is busy, it may take longer, and a holding message will be sent.
You can email us at any time at firstname.lastname@example.org – you’ll receive an automatic reply acknowledging your email, so that you know it has been received. We will aim to respond within seven days, or sooner if we can.
Our volunteers will not be able to see your email address, however, your email address will exist in our handling system. If you do not want us to know your real email address, you can set up a free anonymous email address and use that to contact us. Companies such as HUSH (hushmail.com), Yahoo and Hotmail supply free email addresses.
